Itinerary
Day 1 - Depart for the coast with a refreshment stop, via Winchester, before arriving at your hotel for 3 nights with breakfast & dinner.
Days 2 & 3- At leisure in Weymouth with two included excursions.
INCLUDED EXCURSIONS
Isle of Purbeck, Swanage & Lulworth Cove
Enjoy a relaxing excursion around the Dorset coastline. Meander through the Isle of Purbeck with views of Corfe Castle on the way to the popular resort of Swanage. This small town surrounds a beautiful curved bay offering a lovely seaside experience with a difference. Your driver may be able to offer you an optional ride on The Swanage Railway which offers a more intensive heritage steam and diesel timetable train service than virtually any other preserved railway. The day finishes with a visit to Lulworth Cove, with its steeply shelving, shingle beach.
Poole & Bournemouth (2024 only)
Explore Poole’s historic quayside and old town and after enjoy some free time in beautiful Bournemouth, always popular with it’s idyllic coastline.
Day 4 - After breakfast, head back homewards.

CROWN HOTEL, WEYMOUTH
One of Crusader customers favourite hotels - situated just 1 minute's walk from the town bridge over the historic Weymouth Harbour.
This traditional hotel offers comfortable accommodation, a restaurant and bar, and easy access to beach, 10-minutes' walk away.
Each of the 86 rooms include a TV, tea and coffee making facilities and an en suite bathroom with hairdryer. A free Wi-Fi zone is also available for guests.
The Vaults Bar and Restaurant serves traditional British dishes at lunchtime, and an extensive menu of snacks and food from the grill is also available.
Guests can relax in the lounge and live evening entertainment is offered at the hotel during high season.
Picturesque Brewers Quay is a short stroll away and the ferry port is 5 minutes’ walk away.

Coach seating arrangements
Your seats on the main coach will be allocated for you in advance, taking into consideration any special requests wherever possible. Your Tour Manager or driver will advise you where to sit as you board the coach. This will be your seat for the duration of the tour. (Seats are not allocated on any connecting services to and from the main coach.)
Joining your holiday
Your final travel documents, including the exact time and place of departure, will be sent to you approximately 7 days prior to departure, providing all payments have been made. We are unable to give exact departure times before this.
Meal arrangements
Where meals are not included, your Tour Manager will ensure there are suitable stops made for you to purchase and enjoy lunch and/or dinner each day.
Triple rooms
The majority of these consist of a double bed and an extra bed that is often only suitable for children. If this is a concern, you may wish to consider booking more than one room for your group.
Special requirements
If you have notified us of any special requirements, please check that they have been noted and acknowledged. This is especially important with any dietary needs you may have.
Disabled access
The majority of our tours involve a certain amount of walking, including a short walk from the coach stop to the town, attraction or venue you're visiting. If you are bringing a wheelchair, please let us know at the time of booking so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
